Job summary

NuEnergy Holdings Berhad, a Bursa-listed solar energy company, seeks a Sales Executive – Large Scale Solar (LSS) based in Sabah. You will identify and win new LSS opportunities, build relationships with solar developers, IPPs, SESB and investors, and drive a healthy sales pipeline. Travel across Sabah and occasionally to Peninsular Malaysia may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development or project development.
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical, construction, EPC or power industry preferred.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel within Sabah for business development and client meetings.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new LSS and renewable energy project opportunities in Sabah.
• Develop and maintain relationships with solar developers, IPPs, SESB, investors and project owners.
• Monitor upcoming solar, renewable energy and power infrastructure projects.
• Generate leads and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, site visits and technical discussions.
• Follow up on RFQs, tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare regular sales pipeline, opportunity and forecast reports for Management.
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings and business networking activities.
