Job summary

The Smart Local Media Group is seeking a high-energy hunter and growth operator to drive revenue across our HRMS platform and analytics product. This full-cycle SaaS role spans new business, deal closure, expansion, and customer success with direct input into product direction.

Based in our Malaysia office at Mid Valley, KL, you will own the full sales process, build a strong pipeline, and act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders while helping shape GTM and market expansion in SEA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS business development, sales, or customer success.
• Proven hunter mindset with revenue-generating track record.
• Experience in HR tech, HRMS, or analytics platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business across SME, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Build and grow a SaaS pipeline across HRMS and analytics.
• Onboard and manage clients to ensure adoption and value.
• Act as trusted advisor to HR leaders and stakeholders.
• Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Translate client feedback into product improvements with the tech team.
• Support GTM strategy and market expansion efforts.
