Optimum Infosolutions (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Accountant to support RTR operations. You will ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of RTR, prepare and post journal entries, and manage monthly/quarterly/annual close.

SAP or Oracle expertise and strong technical accounting skills are required. Minimum 2 years' experience in related fields, a Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting and/or ACCA/CIMA/CPA, and ability to collaborate with the SSC and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in related fields.
• Understanding of RTR processes and financial impact.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle systems.

Responsabilités

• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of RTR operations.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Manage monthly/quarterly/annual close processes.
• Provide audit support as needed.
• Ensure internal controls are compliant and reduce future errors.
• Collaborate with SSC for issue tracking and resolution.
• Support local & regional projects as required.
• Maintain up-to-date work instructions.
• Reconcile and analyse balance sheet accounts.
• Review balance sheet accounts for smaller entities.
• Investigate and clear differences in a timely manner.
• Complete balance sheet accounts in ARCS per timeline.
• Identify and implement process improvements and standardization.
• Participate in UAT testing and report findings to management.
