Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an RTR Operations professional in Kuala Lumpur responsible for daily RTR tasks, reconciliations, and reporting. You will support month-end close, intercompany charges, and continuous improvement within a dynamic shared services environment.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency, finance/accounting education, and experience with client interaction. Willingness to work overtime during peak periods and bank holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency including business writing and communication.
• Strong client interaction and service delivery experience.
• Solid operations management and SLA awareness.
• Experience solving unstructured problems and driving improvements.
• Familiarity with F&A outsourcing or SSC environments.

Responsibilities

• Daily execution on RTR operation processes including IC, reconciliation, analysis and reporting.
• Review analyst journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Facilitate the Change Request (CR) process.
• Escalate issues to clients and drive resolution.
• Lead continuous improvement projects within RTR scope.
• Ensure compliance with Accenture policies and procedures.
• Manage month-end closing including journals and intercompany charges.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly, quarterly and yearly results.
