Job summary

Infosys BPM Ltd. in Selangor is seeking a Finance Reporting professional to handle journal entries, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and monthly closings. The role requires reviewing GL, ensuring timely period-end processes, and preparing monthly financial reports.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in finance reporting, familiarity with SAP and Blackline is a plus, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business admin with accounting certification.
• 2–5 years of finance reporting experience in SSC or BPO.
• Experience with SAP and Blackline is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform journal entries, bank reconciliation, fixed assets and monthly closing.
• Review accounts and reconcile statements.
• Ensure efficient monthly and period-end closing processes.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.
• GL checks and validations.
• Process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Monitor bank/cash balances and ensure AR/AP reconciliation.

Job description

• Perform Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Asset and Monthly Closing report.
• Accounts review and reconciliation.
• Ensure efficient monthly & period end closing process.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.
• Perform checking on GL.
• Perform process improvement.
• Monitor bank/cash Balance Sheet accounts and ensure the AR and AP are match in timely manner.
• Record intercompany transactions according to Corporate Transfer Pricing policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Admin and Accounting Professional Certificates
• 2 to 5 years in Finance Reporting in SSC or BPO.
• Experience in SAP/Blackline is added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
