Job summary

Always Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Rover Merchandiser to manage roving assignments across multiple outlets in Malaysia. You will ensure product visibility, planogram compliance, and timely reporting while supporting new launches and promotions.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or SPM, prior merchandising or FMCG experience, and willingness to travel across locations. Independent working style and strong communication with store staff are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma (relevant experience preferred).
• Prior experience in merchandising, retail operations, or FMCG is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Cover assigned outlets on a roving / ad-hoc basis to support vacancies, new launches, or short-term projects
• Ensure proper product display, planogram compliance, and shelf visibility
• Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and report out-of-stock or low-stock situations
• Execute promotions, POSM setup, and in-store activities as required
• Liaise with store personnel to maintain good working relationships
• Capture and submit store reports, photos, and feedback in a timely manner

About The Role

We are looking for Rover Merchandiser supports multiple projects and retail locations based on business needs. This role ensures consistent product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards across assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Cover assigned outlets on a roving / ad-hoc basis to support vacancies, new launches, or short-term projects
• Ensure proper product display, planogram compliance, and shelf visibility

Requirements
