Job summary

Always Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to support store-level execution. You will collect POSM materials from distributor warehouses, update stock balances, and ensure promotions are set up correctly across outlets.

You will track On Shelf Availability and out-of-stock situations, monitor competitor activities, and update NEP within three months. FIFO practices and DPS audits help maintain product freshness and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Collect POSM from distributor warehouse. (Update balance quantity)
• Complete all tasks assigned according to Merchandising Standards
• OSA COTC Tracking (On Shelf Availability)
• Out Of Stock (OOS) tracking
• Promotion set up
• Competitor activity tracking
• NEP update (Less than 3 months)
• Implement FIFO (FIRST IN FIRST OUT) to ensuring product freshness & hygiene
• Share out the info when encounter challenges in outlet. (Especially for Plano & Promo set ups)
• To audit Perfect Store outlets using "DPS"
