Job summary

Lian Foo Poultry Farm Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to develop and execute sales strategies across GT-Direct, Van Sales and HORECA channels in Malaysia. You will identify new leads, manage existing customers, and promote premium products such as QL Branded Eggs and Sandy Eggs.

Responsibilities include cold calling, route coverage, processing orders and payments, maintaining customer databases, and delivering regular reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy and execution, including cold calling and product detailing
• Cover designated route to sell products and provide updates on plan/actual itinerary to sales manager
• Generate new leads and expand customer base
• Prioritize selling high value products such as QL Branded Eggs and Sandy Eggs
• Inform customers about credit terms, product range, prices, delivery schedule, availability, and new product lines
• Take purchase orders and collect payments timely
• Maintain and update customers' database and meet or exceed sales targets
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient customer services and resolve complaints
• Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
