KLE ONE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a Poultry Sales Development Executive to lead sales activities in Shah Alam, promote company poultry products, and deliver technical support to animal health personnel.

The role involves product demos, campaign coordination, travel across states, and building strong customer relationships to meet targets. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

Job description

POULTRY SALES DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE sells and services products marketed by company for the livestock industry. They disseminate technical information to related animal health personnel, and develop and implement a sales call process to productively manage accounts within a specific territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the sales and marketing activities within the assigned area.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through the provision of prompt and effective customer service.
• Actively prospect and acquire new customers while maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.
• Achieving the sales target set by the management through developing new business possibilities.
• Conduct product demos/training and provide technical support in assigned areas.
• Directed sales campaigns in existing and new territories with company products.
• Involved in the organization and coordination of special events, including exhibitions and seminars.
• Willing to travel interstate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field
• At least 1 years relevant experience in conducting sales and marketing for poultry industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge and/or experience of the livestock industry.
• Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and have a positive attitude.
