Job summary

Pantas Bakti Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution of rotating equipment projects from order placement to completion. The role involves coordinating with customers, OEMs, engineering teams, and service personnel to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have an Engineering degree with years of experience in project coordination or an Engineering diploma with substantial relevant experience, and familiarity with oil & gas projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination.
• Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in oil & gas, rotating equipment, compressors, pumps, or mechanical projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compressor and rotating equipment projects from order to delivery, installation, and completion.
• Liaise with customers, OEM/principals, engineering teams, and service personnel.
• Monitor project schedules, documentation, deliverables, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate internal technical and commercial project activities.
• Support project meetings, reporting, and documentation.
