Job summary

Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur invites a friendly Waiter/Waitress to join 21 Rooftop Bar. You will deliver excellent service, greet guests, take orders, and ensure smooth dining experiences in a vibrant hotel setting.

The ideal candidate has a relevant hospitality qualification and at least 1 year in hotel operations, with strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. Malaysian citizenship or permanent residency is required due to work permit rules.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Malaysian citizen or PR due to government work permit restrictions.
