Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team, based in Kuala Lumpur. You will greet and serve guests, prepare and serve drinks, and juggle front-of-house duties in a fast-paced setting. The Bartender reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and are quality-driven and creative, with a passion for guest service in a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive service in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Prepare and serve drinks and recommendations from the menu.
• Multitask across front-of-house duties and collaborate with the team.
• Report to the Restaurant Manager and participate in trainings.
