Job summary

Device Technologies invites an Associate Product Specialist to join its Robotics team for the da Vinci Surgery portfolio. You will drive adoption among surgeons and healthcare professionals, delivering hands-on training and coordinating with customers, colleagues and managers to execute training programs.

The role focuses on territory engagement, achievement of KPIs, and supporting administrative tasks, reporting in SFDC, and travel across Peninsular Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience selling in medical or pharmaceutical in a hospital environment.
• Proven skills in sales, territory management, presenting and influencing.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in sciences-degree or nursing degree or similar.

Responsibilities

• Drive new surgeons and HCPs adoption of da Vinci robotic surgeries through training pathway.
• Collaborate with customers, colleagues & managers to effectively execute da Vinci surgery technology training for HCPs (surgeons and nursing team).
• Develop and review territory engagement plan with manager to ensure consistent growth of trained surgeons’ procedures yield.
• Responsibly manage administrative task, reporting, SFDC, and sales activities.
• Additional duties and some sales-related activities as required from time to time as part of career development.
• Manage travel and administrative tasks for robotics team.
