Job summary

Device Technologies Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking an Associate Product Specialist to join our Robotics team in Malaysia, focusing on the da Vinci Surgery portfolio.

You will drive adoption among surgeons and healthcare professionals and collaborate with customers and colleagues to deliver effective training. You will develop territory engagement plans, manage administrative tasks and SFDC, and contribute to achieving both financial and non-financial KPIs, with 70% Klang Valley and 30% outstation

Qualifications

• Permanent resident status in the relevant country.
• Proven skills in sales, territory management, presenting, influencing and time management.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional appearance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally overnight.
• 70% Klang Valley based with 30% outstation within Peninsular Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience selling in medical or pharmaceutical in hospital environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon and HCP adoption of da Vinci training pathways.
• Collaborate with customers, colleagues & managers to deliver training for HCPs.
• Develop territory engagement plans to grow trained surgeons' procedures yield.
• Manage administrative tasks, reporting, SFDC, and daily sales activities.
• Achieve budgetary forecast through case support and customer training and engagement.
• Manage travel and administrative tasks for robotics team.
