Job summary

Hongkong Xiqi International is seeking a Robotics Technical Support Engineer for Malaysia to provide on-site warranty support, resolve quality issues in robotic services, and handle customer service for out-of-warranty robots. You will perform on-site safety risk assessments, manage safety officer activities, and coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams on on-site problem solving and follow-up.

A university degree in electrical engineering and at least two years of robotics experience are

• University degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years robot work experience.
• Familiar with robot technology quality; experience in robotics is a plus.
• Fluent in Chinese; English can be used for work is a plus.
• Good team player.
• Good communication interpersonal skills.
