You’ll be a tech ambassador—supporting our sales team, solving real customer problems, and helping to close exciting automation projects across various industries.

What you’ll do

Sales & Technical Support

Work hand-in-hand with sales to strategize, propose solutions, run demos, support tender bids, and build strong customer relationships.

Deliver technical proposals, application proof-of-concepts (POCs), and support product training, testing, and commissioning.

Be the face of our robots: present at trade shows, record training videos, and create impactful tech notes.

Customer Satisfaction

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues like a pro.

Proactively improve our technical support services.

Be the calm in the storm—handle escalations smartly and keep customers happy.

Stay ahead by constantly learning: AI, IoT, robotics, industrial automation, cloud integration

What You’ll Bring

Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Robotics, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience in technical support, training, demo, or project delivery is a plus—but fresh grads are welcome too!
