Job summary

ELIZON Construction Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a responsible Site Safety Supervisor to oversee safety on our road construction project. You will monitor daily activities, conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with DOSH/JKKP regulations and project procedures.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of site safety experience, SSS registration, and strong knowledge of risk assessment, HIRARC, and traffic management. This is a on-site role with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid SSS competency/registration with DOSH/JKKP.
• 2–3 years of relevant construction site safety experience.
• Knowledge of HIRARC, risk assessment and hazard identification.
• Familiar with OSH requirements and safety practices.
• Experience leading toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Knowledge of traffic management for construction sites.
• Familiar with earthwork, drainage, roadwork and heavy machinery.
• Good communication, observation and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction activities and ensure safe work practices.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and inductions.
• Identify unsafe acts/conditions and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records, inspections and checklists.
• Assist in risk assessments and control measures.
• Monitor PPE use and site safety compliance.
• Oversee traffic management around the site.
• Ensure safe operation of heavy machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors and project teams.
