Job summary

Logikontrol Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified Site Safety Supervisor to oversee daily safety activities at construction sites in Klang Valley. You will supervise workers and subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety rules, and conduct regular inspections and toolbox talks.

The role requires a current DOSH/JKKP Site Safety Supervisor registration with a Yellow Book, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills to report hazards and coordinate corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction site safety experience.
• Registered Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) with DOSH/JKKP and Yellow Book.
• Knowledge of site safety rules and safe work practices.
• Able to conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to monitor workers and subcontractors independently.
• Based in Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily safety activities at the construction site.
• Ensure workers and subcontractors comply with site safety rules, procedures and requirements.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
• Recommend and follow up on corrective actions for identified safety issues.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and site inductions.
• Monitor the proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
• Assist in implementing HIRARC, risk control measures and safe work procedures.
• Monitor high-risk activities and ensure appropriate safety controls are in place.
• Maintain daily safety inspection records, checklists and other relevant documentation.
• Report safety incidents, hazards and non-compliance issues to the SHO / Project Manager
