Job summary

PCH INFRAWORKD SDN BHD is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to oversee safety and health on our Kota Bharu construction site. You will inspect sites, lead safety briefings, and enforce DOSH compliance to protect workers and ensure smooth operations.

The role requires SSS training, strong hazard assessment skills, and the ability to coordinate with workers, subcontractors and site management to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) training completed.
• Registered SSS with DOSH is required.
• Strong knowledge of DOSH and OSH regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of work areas, equipment and PPE use.
• Lead toolbox talks, daily safety orientations and onboarding sessions.
• Coordinate emergency drills and ensure effective responses.
• Investigate accidents and near misses to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate safety logs and compliance records.
