Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a Road and Bridge Infratructure Project at Kuala Sanglang, Perlis. You will oversee planning, engineering coordination, construction management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure delivery within budget, schedule, quality, and safety.

The role is project-based and tied to the Kuala Sanglang project, with completion targeted around 2030. On-site work in Perlis with potential extensions depending on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• PE registration with BEM is preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in construction/infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years in a Project Manager or leadership role.
• Able to be based on-site in Perlis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of the Road and Bridge Construction Project at Kuala Sanglang, Perlis.
• Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and procurement.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Oversee engineering, construction, and site activities to meet drawings, specs, quality, and contracts.
• Identify risks and delays and implement mitigation and corrective actions.
• Administer contracts, VO, claims, EOT, and other matters.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, utilities, consultants, and stakeholders for approvals.
• Ensure delivery and close-out meets cost, quality, safety, and timeline objectives.
