Job summary

LANDBASE (KOK) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Site Civil Engineer to supervise construction activities at the project site in Kuching. The role requires coordinating with PMs, contractors, and consultants to ensure drawings, specifications, and schedules are followed.

Ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree and at least 2 years of site experience, preferably in road construction, with proficiency in MS Project, MS Office and AutoCAD. Travel to outstations may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years site experience (preferably road construction).
• Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to site/outstation; Kuching-based site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise project site activities.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specs and schedule.
• Prepare site reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, contractors, consultants and site personnel.
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, contractors and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and procedures.
• Assist in resolving site issues and provide technical support.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
