Job summary

TP-Link Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to manage RMA returns and exchanges, coordinate with customers and third-party warehouses, and maintain accurate records. The role also involves collaborating with Sales to align processes with company objectives and performing quarterly stock repackaging for warranty claims.

• Proven experience in warehouse administration.
• Diploma or professional qualification in Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Logistic Management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer RMA returns and exchanges.
• Communicate with customers to resolve RMA issues related to returns, warranties, and exchanges.
• Ensure all RMA returns, exchanges, and warranty claims adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all RMA transactions.
• Collaborate with Sales to align RMA processes with company objectives.
• Quarterly classification and repackaging of all defective stock for disposal or return to factory for warranty claims.
• Communicate effectively with third‑party warehouse partners.
• Organize and manage all warehouse documents.
