Qualifications

• 3–6 years of project or programme management experience.
• Experience managing Malaysia-based corporate clients is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the programme in Malaysia, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.
• Adapt and execute programme strategies in alignment with regional frameworks.
• Ensure consistency in delivery standards while localising for market needs.
• Work closely with the General Manager (Projects) based in the Philippines to align on strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Maintain awareness of programme implementation across other regions to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute insights and best practices to improve regional programme delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Malaysia-based clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and engagement.
• Translate programme outcomes into clear, value-driven insights for clients.
• Plan, manage, and execute programme timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including trainers, partners, and internal staff.
• Ensure smooth operations from participant onboarding to programme completion
• Analyse programme data to track performance, outcomes, and impact.
• Develop clear, structured reports and dashboards for internal and client use according to global standards.
• Proactively identify what insights should be reported to demonstrate value and impact.
• Use data to recommend actionable improvements to programme design and delivery.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Propose and implement improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and impact.
• Leverage tools, systems, and best practices to optimise programme delivery.
