Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in FMCG, consulting, commercial analytics, RGM/NRM, pricing, trade investment, or CP&A
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
Experience across multiple markets or regional role is a strong advantage
Comfort operating with imperfect data and evolving priorities

Responsibilities

Generate insights and size opportunities across pricing, PPA, promotions, GTN, and mix
Own analytical workplans, timelines, and delivery quality for market deep dives
Develop standardized analytical templates and calculators for RGM levers
Track KPI performance and prepare dashboards for regional readouts
Collaborate with market teams to convert analysis into execution-ready actions
