The British American Tobacco Group is seeking a Regional Manager for Data & Analytics in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role leads the delivery and adoption of analytics initiatives across the APMEA region, aligning with enterprise data governance and technology strategies.

You will drive data-driven decision-making, oversee collaboration with markets and global teams, and ensure measurable business impact through analytics product delivery and implementation.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Data & Analytics, BI, or digital transformation in a regional/global setting.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, BI tools, cloud tech, and governance.
• Experience translating objectives into product roadmaps and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of regional Data Science and Analytics solutions across APMEA.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as liaison between regional markets and global teams.
• Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and prioritize high-value use cases.
