Qualifications

2-4 years' experience in retail merchandising or planning.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and sell-through by planning smart promotions and markdowns.
Analyze daily and weekly trading performance to spot trends and take action fast.
Partner with Retail Operations to ensure stores have the right product mix and stock levels.
Work with Planning and Buying teams to support seasonal launches and campaigns.
Monitor competitors' pricing and promotions to stay ahead of the game.
Track KPIs - sales, margin, and stock - and report actionable insights to management.
