Job summary

Emerson Process Management Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks an engineer to re-design EOL parts for NI RF Test products, expanding life span and maintaining RF revenue. You will incorporate DFM feedback, improve circuitry across analogue, power, RF, and microwave domains, and develop debug tools for manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have analogue design exposure, plus willingness to travel to Austin for training and R&D discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering (Electronics or Telecommunications) required.
• Analogue design experience in T&M products is advantageous.
• Travel to Austin for training and project discussion with R&D may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Re-design EOL parts in NI RF Test measurement products to extend life span.
• Integrate DFM inputs from MFG to improve yield and quality.
• Create debug guides and tools for MFG during product release.
• Document failures and share solutions with stakeholders.
