Job summary

Motorola Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an RF/Digital Systems Engineer to design and develop sophisticated radio communication products in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will work on transmitter design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization, validation and testing across RF and digital domains.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical engineering, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
Familiar with RF/digital controller/audio fields.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills for technical audiences.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and multi-tasking.
Willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Handle design and development of RF communication products.
Perform transmitter design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization, validation and testing.
Drive end-to-end RF development and coexistence mitigation strategies.
Construct prototypes or proofs of concept for testing circuit designs.
Ensure product compliance to reliability and regulatory standards.
