• Promote FILPAL values and offerings, including RF turnkey solutions and university collaborations.
• Collaborate to develop sales strategies and customized proposals addressing customer needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitors; contribute insights for business development.
• Work with sales to achieve revenue targets balancing technical feasibility and business objectives.
• Attend weekly internal meetings for updates and coordination.
• Engage with global distributors for product promotion and sales.
• Proactively follow up with customers, leads and distributors with tailored content.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and gather feedback.
• Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Schedule demos, training sessions for leads, customers, or distributors.
• Assist in quotations, DOs, invoices, POs and follow up on payments.
• Document leads, manage NDA and authorization letters with global distributors.
