Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 8+ years in compensation/benefits within MNCs, and possess strong salary benchmarking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• 8+ years of professional management/direction experience, specialized in compensation and benefits in MNC
• Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, compensation frameworks, and market surveys.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a multi-pronged Total Rewards communication strategy across the organization.
• Strengthen effectiveness of total rewards programs to drive performance, attraction, engagement, and retention.
• Provide functional leadership in Total Rewards to a composite team working to deliver HR strategy and support business success.
• Excellent business acumen and demonstrated competency in business partnership.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with senior management and across all levels.
