Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a seasoned Rewards Manager to lead Total Rewards in APAC, delivering compensation and benefits strategies to align with business goals. The role partners with HRBPs and management to optimize rewards programs and governance.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years in compensation and benefits within MNCs, strong knowledge of regional markets, and proficiency in Workday. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to shape regional rewards

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in a multinational corporation.
Preferred experience in North and Southeast Asia.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and market trends.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and HR management, deliver Total Rewards solutions to support business objectives.
Lead the sales and local incentive review process by providing advisory support and conducting effectiveness studies.
Ensure job architecture and evaluation processes comply with company policies and principles.
Manage the off-cycle compensation review process to ensure effective spending.
Develop and deliver Total Rewards solutions that support business growth and enhance the employee value proposition.
Improve the Total Rewards knowledge and capabilities of HR teams and people leaders to make informed compensation decisions.
Oversee benefits programs to balance market competitiveness, talent attraction, retention, and company impact.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and governance.
Contribute to regional Total Rewards initiatives, including annual benchmarking, salary structure review, AIM and Equity program deployment, and regional policies.
