Job summary

Mercure Langkawi is seeking a Revenue Manager to optimize financial performance by analyzing data, forecasting demand, and implementing pricing strategies. You will monitor market trends, manage inventory, and work with sales/marketing to align pricing with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management (or equivalent), at least three years in a similar role, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
• High degree of professionalism in revenue management.
