Job summary

Sunway Malls seeks a finance professional to manage revenue recognition and tenancy billing across its mall network. You will ensure accurate recognition of rental income, service charges, and other revenue, while coordinating with leasing to reflect current terms and occupancy.

You will also prepare monthly revenue reports, AR aging analyses, and support month-end close, contributing to cash flow forecasting and process improvements across the centralized finance function.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance, credit control, accounts receivable, or property billing preferred.
• Experience with YARDI or other property management / ERP systems is a distinct advantage.
• Fresh graduates with less than one year experience with strong financial aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue recognition for rental income, service charges, utilities, promotional income and other revenue sources.
• Ensure billing reflects tenancy terms, occupancy status and turnover-based rent calculations; issue invoices on schedule.
