Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking an experienced UAT professional to assist and perform User Acceptance Testing for production issues and projects, coordinating with IT and external vendors. You will prepare test scripts and production-like data, execute test cases, report and re-test bugs, and conduct regression testing to ensure requirements are met.

You will also develop communications for stakeholders and support project planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist in UATs for production issues and projects
• Prepare test scripts and production-like data
• Execute test cases and report bugs
• Re-test bugs after fixes and perform regression testing
• Prepare UAT sign-off to confirm business requirements are met
• Create communication materials (one-pager, packs, user guides, videos) to brief about system changes
• Assist in Project Planning and monitor progress
• Track milestones and ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration
