Job summary

KK SUPER MART Rawang is seeking a Shop Assistant (Full Time) to welcome customers, receive and record goods, arrange stock, inspect items, and handle returns. You will contribute to smooth inventory operations and merchandise control.

Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping, operate POS systems, and provide courteous service. You must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and have own transportation.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous retail experience (1-3 years), with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, as well as perform all tasks related to inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• Operate and handle all equipment and machines available in the store in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure the safety and proper care of the store's property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergency situations appropriately and report them to the relevant personnel when necessary.
• Uphold and maintain the good image and reputation of KK Supermart at all times.
