Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a supervisor or store-in-charge.
• Possess a Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Exposure: Sports, Fashion; FMCG Retail preferred.

Aufgaben

• Meet or exceed store sales and KPI targets using available store resources.
• Identify sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management.
• Lead and supervise staff to achieve sales targets and uphold retail standards.
• Maintain stock management and implement in-store promotions.
• Model exceptional customer service and train team members.
• Train staff on brand and product knowledge across assigned categories.
• Ensure compliance with policies and store operations; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training programs.
