Job summary

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd is seeking a System & Method Officer in Penampang, Sabah. This full-time role focuses on designing and optimizing IT systems and methodologies to support operations and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

You will formulate and enforce SOPs, conduct system audits, stay updated with best practices, and create detailed documentation. This position requires strong problem-solving, communication, and risk-management skills for a multi-branch retail

Qualifications

• Proven working ISO, SOPs and internal audit experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complexity of operational technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate operational technical matters to non-operational personnel.
• Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying compliance gaps and operational risks.
• Experience in retail or multi-branch operations is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven by continuous improvement and compliance excellence.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, design, implement, and enforcement of retailing operational systems and methods.
• Develop, track and documented approved SOP and enforcement of standardised processes and methodologies for retails operational needs.
• Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimisation of the operational processes needs.
• Stay abreast with current the emerging technologies and industry best practices in systems and method administration.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Analyse business processes and implement solutions to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Work closely with departments to standardise processes and ensure consistent operational practices.
• Prepare audit reports, findings, and improvement recommendations for management review.
• Support internal and external audit requirements, ensuring proper documentation and compliance evidence.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on SOPs, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
