Luxury Careers Pte. Ltd. in Malaysia seeks a capable Retail Store Supervisor to lead the store team and drive sales performance. You will monitor daily activities, coach staff on product knowledge and selling techniques, and ensure exceptional customer service to deliver a positive shopping experience.

The role requires overseeing stock, visual merchandising, scheduling, and compliance with SOPs and grooming standards to maintain brand presentation and store operations.
