Job summary

Luxury Careers Pte. Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking a capable retail store manager to lead daily operations at our flagship outlet. You will drive sales, coach staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience in a managerial capacity, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays. You will maintain visual standards and inventory accuracy.

• Ensure team compliance with SOPs, grooming standards, and company policies.
• Manage staff schedule, training, and performance monitoring.
