Job summary

FamilyMart Malaysia is seeking a Store Supervisor for the Bdr Country Homes location to uphold daily store operations in line with company policies and standards. You will forecast, plan, order, and stock merchandise, supervise staff, and promote professionalism within the retail operations team.

Flexibility for shift work, weekends, and holidays is required. Relocation to other outlets may be required, and deputies will manage the store when the manager is away.

Qualifications

• Possess clear communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Candidates without retail experience but with a positive working attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work at retail outlets and relocate to other locations when required.
• Able to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store operations adhere to company policies and operating standards.
• Forecast, plan, order and stock merchandise to ensure stocks availability at all times.
• Ensure effective and economical use of staff in the retail operations department to achieve its objectives.
• Promote professionalism of staff in the retail operations department.
• Guide and ensure the system for overall store activities in good order.
• Deputies to manage store in the absence of Store Manager.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety and housekeeping.
• Undertakes other tasks as required by superiors.
