Job summary

FamilyMart Kuala Kangsar is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company standards. The role involves planning and stocking merchandise and guiding staff performance.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in retail or customer service, good bilingual communication, and willingness to relocate or work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or relevant retail experience.
• Clear bilingual communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• 1–2 years in retail or customer service preferred.
• Willing to relocate and work shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store operations adhere to company policies and operating standards.
• Forecast, plan, order and stock merchandise to ensure stock availability.
• Ensure effective and economical use of staff in retail operations to meet goals.
• Promote professionalism of staff in the retail operations department.
• Guide and ensure the system for all store activities is in good order.
• Depute to manage store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety and housekeeping.
• Undertake other tasks as required by superiors.
