Job summary

FamilyMart Gurney Paragon is hiring a Store Supervisor in Malaysia. The role requires at least an SPM qualification or relevant retail experience, and the ability to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• At least an SPM qualification or relevant retail experience.
• Clear communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Prefer 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Applicants with no retail experience but positive attitude are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work at retail outlets and relocate when needed.
• Capable of shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store operations adhere to company policies and standards.
• Forecast, plan, order and stock merchandise to maintain stock availability.
• Utilize staff effectively to achieve department objectives.
• Promote professionalism within the retail operation team.
• Guide store activities to maintain order and appearance.
• Deputies to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety and housekeeping.
• Undertakes other tasks as required by superiors.
