Job summary

FamilyMart is seeking a Store Operations Supervisor in Malaysia to ensure daily store activities align with company policies and standards. You will forecast, plan, and stock merchandise to maintain availability and oversee staff to meet objectives.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or customer service, strong bilingual communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or relevant retail experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store operations adhere to company policies and operating standards.
• Forecast, plan, order and stock merchandise to ensure stock availability.
• Manage staff in retail operations to achieve objectives.
• Promote professionalism of staff in the retail operations department.
• Guide and ensure the system for overall store activities is in good order.
• Deputies to manage store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety and housekeeping.
• Undertake other tasks as required by superiors.
