Job summary

FamilyMart Caltex Taman Meru is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensure policies are followed, and deliver excellent customer service. You will manage stock, staffing, and store standards to meet company goals.

The ideal candidate holds at least an SPM qualification or relevant retail experience, can communicate in BM and English, and has 1–2 years in retail or customer service. Willingness to relocate and to work shifts is required.

Qualifications

• At least SPM or relevant retail experience.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• 1–2 years in retail or customer service preferred.
• Willing to work at retail outlets and relocate when required.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Own transport required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store operations adhere to company policies and operating standards.
• Forecast, plan, order and stock merchandise to ensure stock availability.
• Utilize staff efficiently to achieve department objectives.
• Promote professionalism within the retail operation department.
• Guide and ensure the system for overall store activities in good order.
• Deputies to manage store in the absence of Store Manager.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety and housekeeping.
• Undertakes other tasks as required by superiors.
