Job summary

Segi Fresh - Retails is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Serendah, Selangor. You will oversee daily store operations, manage costs and inventory, and drive sales targets with local marketing efforts.

The role requires at least 3 years in a similar role and strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. You will lead hiring and training, maintain facilities and IT systems, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications
