Adastria (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, as we launch niko and..., invites a skilled Retail Leader to head our flagship store in Malaysia. You will drive sales, train and lead the team, and ensure a welcoming, stylish shopping environment aligned with the niko and... brand.

Open to candidates with 2–3 years of fashion retail leadership, strong English, and a passion for customer service. 5-day work week, weekends and public holidays on shift basis, with opportunities to grow with an international fashion

Qualifications

• - Diploma holder and above.
• - Good proficiency in English; other languages are an added advantage.
• - 2–3 years of retail supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, or specialty retail.
• - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store KPIs.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems is an advantage.
• - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service with a strong customer-first mindset.
• - Positive attitude, willing to take initiative and eager to learn.
• - Ability to work well in a team.
• - Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• - Open to Malaysian citizens only.

About the role

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational targets.
