Job summary

Honor Technology (Malaysia) Shd Bhd is seeking a Retail Store Development Executive to plan and coordinate multibrand store deployments. You will drive outlet expansion with data-driven insights and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure retail execution aligns with brand standards.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, 1+ year experience in retail management or project management, and flexibility for travel and evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, engineering or project management.
• Experience in retail management, store construction, or commercial project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outlet construction and renovation progress with tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with sales, retail, finance and external suppliers to keep projects on time.
• Negotiate contracts with architects, general contractors and suppliers.
• Review documents for building codes, safety and brand standards; conduct site inspections.
• Organize inventory planning and plan display props for new openings.
