Manage end-to-end store renovations and upkeep ensuring readiness, continuity, on-time, on-budget delivery with quality, safety, compliance and risk mitigation.
Establish standardised rollout guidelines, processes, and toolkits to enable fast, consistent, scalable store openings across multiple locations, achieving reduced lead times, fewer errors, and repeatable quality outcomes.
Optimise both internal & external resources to support expansion, achieving high productivity and efficient rollout velocity, through capacity planning and prioritisation.
Govern quality, safety and regulatory compliance across construction ensuring brand integrity, high audit scores and zero critical compliance breaches.
Plan and control renovation budgets and vendors to ensure financial discipline achieving budget adherence, high stakeholder satisfaction, and well-maintained store environments by collaborating with Finance and Procurement reviewing spend and variances, managing vendor performance.
