Job summary

MAXIS Malaysia, a leading converged solutions company, invites you to join our store operations team. You will support the HoMC to meet and exceed store sales and service targets while helping manage daily operations with integrity and customer focus.

You will coach the store team, oversee inventory and SOP compliance, supervise cash handling, monitor store presentation, and resolve customer issues to ensure a smooth, high-performance customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store operations and sales support.
• Ability to coach and motivate a store team.
• Familiarity with SOPs, inventory, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HoMC in executing plans to meet sales and service targets.
• Support daily store operations and SOP compliance.
• Coach and supervise store staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure smooth customer journeys by managing traffic flow and store presentation.
• Assist in deputising for HoMC when needed.
• Monitor and report store performance metrics.

Principal Accountabilities:

• 1. Assist the HoMC in executing plans to meet and exceed store sales and service targets.
• 2. Support the management of daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with all SOPs.
• 3. Assist the HoMC in coaching, motivating, and supervising the store team to foster a high-performance culture.
• 4. Help ensure a smooth customer journey by managing traffic flow, store presentation, and resolving customer issues.
• 5. Act as the second-in-command and deputise for the HoMC in their absence to ensure continuity of store management.
• 6. Help monitor and report on store performance metrics to the HoMC.
