Job summary

Rakanda is seeking a Shop Assistant to support the retail store manager on the floor, manage inventory, and deliver excellent customer service. The role requires physical fitness, stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle stock reception, labeling, display arrangement, assist customers, address inquiries, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Open to applicants aged 18–35 with SPM or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unpacking and arranging new stocks delivered.
• Labelling and arranging goods on the display shelves.
• Assisting customers in finding the products they're looking for
• Addressing customer complaints and inquiries.
• Sharp, precise and very careful in handling the job.
• Hardworking and positive in all instruction given.
• Responsible to retail selling.
